2. A Training & Development Plan...that comprises multiple sessions.
Real Life Example:
I recently received a notice that someone wanted a basic on-line communications training. This person was an administrative assistant. To follow is the reply I sent to her:
Hi Susan,
I saw your post via The Training Registry and wanted to offer an option for your learning needs. Have you ever considered customized training? It's one of the new trends in corporate training.
Here's how it works:
1. You lay out specific needs based on your unique work situation and your knowledge to date.
2. A lesson plan is created taking into account your needs and the dollar amount allocated.
3. A group of short - bite sized lessons are sent directly to your email either all at once or once or once a week with a workbook to track and document your progress...(this part is unique in that tracking and getting results is part of the training plan. This part is very appealing to those paying for the training. Most are looking for a tangible "roi" - return on investment.) While you're learning, you are prompted to apply the information to real-time experiences.
4. You get to talk through what you're learning to gain feedback and have a sounding board to get clarity and work through any road blocks with a live person who is an experienced trainer-coach. This is the unique part as most traditional training models don't provide the opportunity to talk and get feedback with someone about you're learning.
Here's a link to how the lessons will appear and how they are formatted (and it's a free lesson on communication).
Lesson Title: The Power of Beliefs
I am happy to talk through any questions you have. You can submit via email or set a time to speak...and of special note, there is 100% money back guarantee!
Here's How You Can Start
1. Set up an initial no-cost coaching consultation where we talk through your currents needs or if you're not comfortable talking yet, you can submit a dilemma to the Management LIfe-Line.
2. A training-coaching plan can be designed which typically includes lessons (on average 2-4 minutes and are portable to carry with you if you need to be on the go), one-on-one sessions supported by the individual work of assessments and exercises. Plans are designed to include your unique financial capabilities and a payment plan if needed.
Coaching plans can be as short as a few hours or last over the course of several months.
3. Coaching sessions are booked in minute increments, in which we discuss activities completed and next steps. (Both a.m. and p.m. sessions are available and can be done in person or over the phone depending on location.)
The Cost ...
$1.00 per minute..yep..that's it! ( and this includes the lesson and materials!)
- Payment plans are available
- Payment is due prior to each session. I recommend a minimum of 25 minutes.
- Primary payment mode – Pay Pal, which will accommodate a cash payment or payment via a credit card.
Don't hesitate to contact me even if you're the least bit curious...remember the initial consultation is free! Just go to the CONTACT ME link above.
