3D - Communication

Effective Communication & Collaboration

Workshop Title: The Power of 3D CommunicationTM

Pic: RFMA - Annual Conference - Dallas, Tx

Just because someone has a mouth doesn't mean their communicating. Just because someone is talking, doesn't mean their communicating.

Communication is an essential human function and yet it can be one of the most challenging aspect of human relationships.

I have found that many communication workshops on the market don't adequately offer the knowledge to effectively communicate.

I have developed a learning workshop entitled "3D Communication" which provides essential information to communicate more effectively.  The content is  developed from a unique combination of disciplines from psychology & emotional intelligence to NLP (neuro linguistic programming).

Experiencing this workshop is eye and mind opening and will radically change ones understanding of the communication process and how that impacts the results in life and quality of both personal and professional relationships.

Additional Value From This Workshop
There are many communications workshops on the market that segment out diplomacy & tact, collaboration, persuasion, influence, and collaboration.  The "3D" method addresses all of those.

It Teaches:
-how to build meaningful rapport
-how certain words impact rapport and the willingness for someone to listen (called turn on or turn off the brain)
-how the brain works during the communication process
-how to develop understanding
-how to talk so that others will listen
-how to be an effective listener
-how to build awareness around one's own unique communication style (called communication drivers.)
-the role of assertive vs. aggressive
-how how we communicate with oneself impacts how you communicate with others and our perception of stress
-how to manage conflict and confrontation

Those who attend this workshop walk away with a unique knowledge base and a toolkit of communication options to customize their relating strategy to get their desired outcomes.

We know that effective team collaboration/communication is a results, bottom line, productivity issue. That's why is it included in my I.C. (Individual Contributor) Development Series.  It is a must to experience!
